**Terms and Conditions of Sales**

Welcome to Brantim Country Garden Centre! By purchasing our fresh flowers, plants, and related products, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. **Product Quality** 

   All plants and flowers are sold in healthy condition. We ensure they are fresh and properly cared for before sale. However, once purchased, their care is your responsibility.

2. **Pricing** 

   All prices are clearly marked on the products. Prices are subject to change without notice.

3. **Payment** 

   Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Cash and Debit.  Interac Etransfer can also be made to accounting@brantim.com

4. **Delivery** 

   We offer delivery services within Greater Ottawa and Surrounding area. Delivery charges apply based on location and will be discussed at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delays due to factors beyond our control.

5. **Returns and Refunds** 

   - If you receive a damaged or unhealthy plant, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery or purchase. 

   - We do not offer refunds or exchanges for plants that die due to improper care after purchase.

6. **Cancellations** 

 -  Orders can be canceled within 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time. After this period, we do not accept cancellations.

- No Cancellations on custom built products

7. **Liability** 

   We are not responsible for any allergies or reactions caused by the flowers or plants.

8. **Changes to Terms** 

   We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. The updated terms will be available on our website or at the nursery.
